Had my meeting with Guardian on Monday. It lasted about one and a half hours. I got the surround sound in the family room with ceiling speakers...this was a big item on my WANT list. Also, got the basic security system with an extra key pad upstairs.

Congrats! I'm so happy to find somebody else building a townhouse! We are building one as well, in NJ. Ours should be breaking ground any day now...maybe we'll be complete at the same time :)

That's around the same time for us! However, we won't be physically moving in until Sept.
